FAQ

What powers it? Are batteries included?

It runs on batteries, which are not included. The compartment on the base takes 2 cells; our supplier lists them as AAA size. There is no charger or cable.

How do I use it?

Add clean water to the tank, place your items in the water, close the lid and press the button. Rinse and dry the items afterwards.

Is it safe for all jewellery?

Our supplier advises against cleaning pearls, opals, emeralds, other soft or porous stones, and costume jewellery with loose stones, because vibration can affect them. Check your jewellery maker's advice for delicate pieces.

How many days does delivery take?

We dispatch within 24-48 hours of your order. Delivery takes 4-8 business days depending on your PIN code; metro cities are usually faster. You get a tracking link on SMS/WhatsApp as soon as it ships.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available across India at no extra charge. Prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking) will be added soon.

What if it arrives damaged or does not work?

Message us on WhatsApp or email (details on the Contact page) within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video and photos. We arrange a free pickup and send a replacement, or refund the full amount (bank/UPI transfer for COD orders). We do not take change-of-mind returns. Full terms are in our Refund and Return Policy.

Is there a warranty?

There is no manufacturer warranty on this product. Our own 7-day replacement covers damage in transit, defects and wrong items. Please keep the box until you have checked the item.
